A Trusting Start

Mutual trust is the foundation of a successful coaching process. That is why every collaboration begins with a personal conversation.

We clarify concerns, expectations, and the framework for working together, and explore whether and in what form a collaboration would be beneficial – and whether a trusting and supportive environment can be established for our work together.

In Return-to-Work Coaching, the objectives, roles, and framework for everyone involved are jointly defined from the outset.

Trust opens up new and unexpected possibilities.

My Coaching Approach

My approach is holistic:

Together with my clients, I explore the issues they are currently facing, define goals, and develop suitable strategies. In doing so, we engage not only the mind, but also the emotional and physical dimensions.

The way we think and act is closely connected to our emotions – and our bodies hold a deep inner wisdom that we consciously integrate into the coaching process.

Individual Methods – Tailored to Your Needs

Depending on the topic, I use a range of methods in my coaching sessions.

I take an integrative approach, combining systemic, body-centred and solution-focused methods. My focus is always on what each client needs in their individual situation.

Goals, visions and desired changes are given space, as is the question of what may be standing in the way of achieving them.

Together, we develop new perspectives and possibilities for action that are suited to each client’s particular situation.

Process and Framework

Following an initial consultation, coaching sessions generally take place at an individually agreed pace – either online or in person.

The duration and frequency of coaching sessions depend on the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

The basis of our collaboration is a coaching agreement that transparently sets out the goals, framework, confidentiality, and organizational arrangements.

Throughout the coaching process, we regularly review whether the agreed goals and framework are still appropriate and, if needed, adjust the process together.

What You Bring to the Coaching

You don’t need much – just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to engage in the coaching process. Everything else develops along the way. We work at your pace and focus on what is possible and important for you at any given moment.

Confidentiality and Integrity

All content of our work together is, of course, treated with strict confidentiality.

What Coaching Can Offer

A serious or chronic illness often brings profound changes. Health & Medical Coaching can help you regain a greater sense of stability and emotional balance, strengthen your sense of self-efficacy, and develop a self-determined way of navigating your changed circumstances.

In both your personal and professional life, coaching can help you manage change, support your return to everyday life and work, and contribute to a better quality of life.

The Limits of Coaching

Coaching does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment – it complements it.

I look forward to meeting you.

You and Your Concerns are at the Heart of My Work.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, are a physician looking for complementary support for your patients, or represent a company interested in Return-to-Work Coaching, I take the time to understand your needs.

In an initial, no-obligation conversation, we discuss your questions and explore together whether and in what form working together would be beneficial.
