A Trusting Start
Mutual trust is the foundation of any successful coaching process. That’s why every collaboration begins with a free 30-minute introductory session.
This conversation provides an opportunity to get to know each other, clarify expectations and key practical aspects – and, most importantly, to sense whether we can work together in a safe and supportive environment.
Trust opens up new and unexpected possibilities.

My Coaching Approach
My approach is holistic: together with my clients, I explore current issues, define goals, and develop suitable strategies. In doing so, we don’t just focus on the mind – we also integrate emotional and physical aspects. Our thinking and behavior are deeply connected to our emotions, and the body carries valuable knowledge that we consciously include in our work.
Individual Methods – Tailored to Your Needs
Depending on the topic, I apply a range of methods based on my qualifications. In Medical Coaching, I focus on providing exactly what clients need in sensitive situations: safety, presence, and mindfulness. In Leadership Coaching, I also tailor the process to individual needs – working on equal footing and with a solution-oriented mindset. If desired, I’m happy to take on a mentoring role, which we’ll clarify in advance together.
Process and Framework
After the initial session, regular coaching appointments take place in a rhythm that suits your situation – online or in person. The frequency and intensity of the coaching sessions are adapted to your individual needs and life circumstances.
What You Bring
Coaching does not mean offering ready-made solutions. Instead, I support you in creating awareness, gaining clarity, activating inner resources, identifying and shifting limiting beliefs, and establishing new behaviors – all in alignment with your values.
What you should bring: openness, a willingness to reflect, and a genuine desire for change.
Confidentiality and Integrity
All content of our work together is, of course, treated with strict confidentiality.
The Benefits of Coaching
The goal is to regain a sense of agency, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and cultivate a healthy way of dealing with challenges.
